Western National wins prestigious product supplier award for the second year in a row

Johannesburg - Western National Insurance is pleased to announce that it won the Non-Life Insurer of the year: Commercial award at the FIA Intermediary Experience Awards, for the second year in a row. Head of Claims, Thabo Modise and Head of Distribution, Madelein Stockton, accepted the award at the ceremony held at the Sandton Convention Centre.

The FIA awards, an annual highlight on the insurance industry’s calendar, is the most well-known recognition event in the South African financial services industry. Dating back more than 20 years, the awards continue to see top national intermediaries battle it out for the top spots. At their core, these awards assist in helping product providers understand the service expectations of intermediaries, with an end goal in mind, which is to deliver good outcomes for their mutual customers.

As a focus, the prestigious awards recognise product providers for products, solutions as well as the services they offer to the end consumer, through intermediaries.
