South Africa, Johannesburg -  INSETA (Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority) has announced the Insurance Skills Indaba (ISI2025), an industry event that will take place on 19-20 March 2025 at the Gallagher Convention Centre in Johannesburg.

With the theme, "A Responsive Disruption Through Skills Innovation," the event promises to be a critical catalyst for creating actionable, forward-thinking strategies that will allow the insurance industry to embrace disruption, innovate for the future, and collaborate for collective success.

As businesses and employees face retrenchments amid an unemployment crisis, it is important to enter an era where technological innovation is at the forefront of business transformation to enable a skilled and adaptive workforce that can drive change, resilience, and sustainable growth within the insurance sector.

The Insurance Skills Indaba will offer a collaborative environment for thought leaders, educators, professionals, and policymakers to discuss actionable strategies for developing and reforming insurance education and training in alignment with the economic pressures.
