Old Mutual Botswana appoints Priscillah Ndadi as Chief Executive Officer
Gaborone - Old Mutual Botswana has announced the appointment of Priscillah Ndadi as its new Group Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 February 2025.
Old Mutual said Priscillah, born and bred in Botswana, is first female CEO of the Group in the country, and the appointment reflects its commitment to diversity, empowerment, and transformation.
Priscillah brings with her over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector, having held several key and executive management roles across the non-bank financial services sector in leading institutions covering life insurance, pension fund administration, asset management and funeral services.
Most recently, in her position as Chief Operating Officer at Metropolitan, she played an instrumental role in leading strategy development and implementation for the business, driving retail business growth, and improving operational efficiencies and overall customer experience.
Throughout her illustrious career, Priscillah has prioritised the development of strong leadership and business competence, empowering teams to deliver consistently in line with strategic objectives. Priscillah holds an MSc in Strategic Management from the University of Derby, and a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Botswana, as well as having completed a Leadership Development Programme through the University of Stellenbosch. She is also a Licentiate of the Insurance Institute of South Africa since 2011.
