Zanele says she enjoys seeing her previous team members with whom she had the privilege of mentoring and coaching succeed in their new roles as Chief Marketing Officers and Marketing Heads, leading marketing departments. This is the greatest joy and proudest moment I have experienced as a leader as it talks to “paying it forward”!
