Lulu says one of her greatest achievements has been turning a loss-making business into a profitable and, most importantly, sustainable one which continues to weather the Covid-19 pandemic, and also being able to operate in different markets, which has enabled her to develop strong networks across Geographies, both at a business and personal level. "I am very passionate about people development and some of my proudest moments have been seeing the people I have mentored making their amazing career moves. Also being an entrepreneur at heart - one of my personal achievements has been the successful launch of my own gin brand - GinLou,” says Rasebotsa.
