Lizé Lambrechts is the former Chief Executive Officer of Santam Insurance responsible for executing strategic plans and policies approved by the board of directors. She also provides leadership and direction in realising the company's philosophy and achieving its mission, strategy, annual goals and objectives; while also ensuring that the group meets or exceeds its targets, thereby growing profitability and sustainability over the medium to long term. She has been a member of the Sanlam Executive Committee since April 2002 and was the Chairman of the Life Offices Association in 2006 and 2007.
